Arthur G. Fraas

Art Fraas joined Resources for the Future as a visiting scholar after a distinguished career in senior positions within the federal government. His research encompasses a variety of issues related to energy and the environment, including the treatment of uncertainty in regulatory analysis of major rules, the potential regulation of greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act, and the opportunities for and trade-offs of using alternative fuels in transportation.
